Tough Guy is an achievement/trophy in Dead Rising 2. It is unlocked by collecting all combo cards from psychopaths. This can be done across multiple playthroughs. To get the achievement defeat the following psychopaths: Slappy, to unlock the Flamethrower combo card. Roger Withers and Reed Wallbeck, to unlock the Rocket Launcher combo card.
